I offer a full assessment of where your physique is and how long it will take you to get into stage or event condition. Your diet will be tailored specifically for you taking into consideration your lifestyle and preferences. No extreme meal plans or cookie cutter approaches. Everything will be based on the feedback I receive from you and how your body responds.
Through daily communication support via email, in person, text, Skype, FaceTime, etc, we will work together to make certain that you are on point with your nutrition. Weekly audits of your progress will be crucial in keeping you on pace to spare lean muscle while continuing to lose body fat. This culminates in the final peaking process, which will include a unique tailored to you peak week. In most cases I will be at your event as scheduling allows. Each contest prep is unique I will remove the guess work and ensure you look your absolute best on show day.
